My fee is $175 for an initial intake assessment and $125 per 60 minute session following, payable by cash, check, or credit card and due at the beginning of each session. It’s essential that you feel that we’re a good fit, and so I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation, either virtually or over the phone, to give you a sense of who I am and how we would work together.

If you plan to use your mental health benefits, I advise you to contact your insurance company and find out the details of your coverage, as I cannot guarantee reimbursement. Some health insurance companies will provide partial or full reimbursement for therapy with a licensed therapist, depending on your specific insurance plan. You are responsible to pay all fees upfront and in full, however, I am happy to provide you with an invoice which you can then submit directly to your insurance company.
